Safe Deposit Box
The Babeh Aali entrance door of Golestan Palace, opposite Marvi alley, Nasser Khosro St., Tehran
- Safe deposit box services are provided free of charge to visitors.
- The following items are not received by the safe box desk: Checkbooks, credit cards and other personal documents, valuables, especially jewelry, mobile phones, laptops and electronic devices.
- In case of emergency, the safe box area will be closed and after the complex reopens, the staff will deliver the belongings of visitors as soon as possible.
- The luggage or items safe box desk, except foldable baby strollers or mobility aids for disabled people, does not accept luggage or items, with dimensions larger than 44 x 54 cm or heavier than 8 kg.
- All objects put in trust must be taken back by the visitor on the same day and before the museum closes, otherwise they will be considered as lost objects and will be handed over to the complex security unit.
- Be careful in keeping your safe deposit box key. Negligence in keeping the key and any resulting consequences will be the responsibility of the visitor.
- Golestan Palace Complex will not bear any responsibility for lost or stolen objects that have not been delivered to the safe deposit box desk.
