The "Golestan Malakot" exhibition was opened on the March 23, 2023 with the unveiling of Ibrahim’s Dignity curtain in the presence of the Deputy Advisor of Cultural Heritage.
According to the Golestan Palace public relations report, the Golestan Malakot exhibition was opened on the March 23, 2023, with the presence of Alireza Tabesh, the country's deputy cultural heritage advisor, and Afarin Emami, the director of the Golestan Palace World Heritage Complex.
Following the opening of the Golestan Malakot exhibition on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan the arrival, the curtain of Ibrahim's dignity was also unveiled.
It should be noted that the Golestan Malakot exhibition contains 12 Qurans, including seven volumes of Quran manuscripts, a Quranic curtain (Ibrahim's dignity curtain) and four large panels containing Quranic lines.
Also, the curtain of Ibrahim's dignity was made of thick fabric and silk by the order of Abdul Hamid II, the Ottoman king.
