One of the topics of cultural heritage that has received less attention is the recognition, readability and introduction of buildings that have been demolished for various reasons throughout history and currently no traces of them are left. Recording and presenting the information left from these buildings in the form of articles, books, movies and maquette have had a great impact on understanding the art and civilization of past architecture, and in other words, it will be very effective in making the past identity of our country, Iran clear.
Therefore, on the occasion of commemorating the World Day of Historical Buildings and Sites, a brief introduction of some of the destroyed buildings of Tehran Citadel is presented to the lovers of the architectural heritage of Iran.
