The director of the Golestan Palace World Heritage Complex announced the installation of tourist guide signs based on international standards to facilitate access to this World Heritage Complex.
According to the public relations of the Golestan Palace World Heritage Complex report, Afarin Emami said: Considering the location of this world complex in the historical context of Tehran and its proximity to the Bazaar as well as government buildings, it lacks a prominent urban view and only On the eastern side of Golestan Palace and Naser Khosro street, the entrance of the complex and Shams al-Emareh Edifice is visible.
She continued: In recent years, many measures have been taken to introduce Golestan Palace, especially in content production, so it was necessary to install city guide signs around this important world complex to guide tourists and visitors.
Emami clarified: As regards this matter and with the assistance of Vahidreza Anarki Mohammadi, the mayor of Region 12, in the first phase, 6 city guide signs, based on international standards and in brown color, were installed around Golestan Palace to guide visitors to world complex. In the second phase, the number of signs was increased to 12 and in the third phase to 20 signs.
Also, the entrance to Takyeh Dowlat Alley is adjacent to a place with an area of 1800 square meters. Nowruzgah will be held in this area, and in the future, the night tourism will be realized in this world complex.
